How did I discover stray kids?
I discovered them not long ago actually, like a year or two ago. I found them through social media from fan accounts. I remembered that the first song I’d ever listened to was from Rock Star, since they were promoting their Rock Star album at that time. However, God’s Menu was THAT song at the time, Changbin‘s rap was my favorite part. The first person that stood out for me is Bangchan, that’s why he’s my bias.
Why do I love them?
To be honest, Stray Kids brought me back into kpop. After gen3 started disbanding, I somehow drifted away from Kpop. However, Stray Kids brought me back for some unknown reason. I think it was because how they love each other so much that it felt like a family. It always feels so cozy and safe when watching their lives.
How was my concert experience?
So, I went to the Bangkok DominATE Tour and it was also my first ever concert. After hearing that Stray Kids has one of the most fun concerts, I decided to go with my friends. Let me just say that it was so fun!!! Like I want to relive that moment every single day. Best 3 hours of my life. Thai STAYs were so cute they handed out some freebies such as bracelets, phone charms etc.
Throughout the whole 2-3 hours, their energy was constant, it never dropped! I was so impressed by their solo performance and their live band music, everything was perfect.
Additionally, The screens, production, CGI graphics was one point! Everything looks so colorful and exciting. I also had such a fun time with the game where they randomize the fans to dance on the big screen! Overall, my experience was a 10/10, and will definitely save my money for the next tour.
Tips for concert goers:
I would say that seats do not really matter. All the members’ energy and excitement was shown so thoroughly throughout the stadium.
I struggled so much with getting tickets so just please don’t give up and always have hope. Since my concert was in December, It was not that hot but I recommend bringing a small fan, portable charger, lip balm, etc.
If possible, don’t film as much.
Enjoy the moment through your own 2 eyes instead of looking from your phone screens. Just relax and enjoy the moment. If you’re looking to buy merch, arrive around 2 hours early.
